We all want to be happy and healthy and if this is our life long goal to make this happen, can we challenge our thinking to make positive changes. I believe we can.
There is research and so many books, articles, and seminars about how positive thought patterns can change our lives.
Sometimes life sends things our way like grief, sickness, loneliness, lack of confidence, tiredness and depression.
When this happens our bodies start to suffer, illness can manifest, tiredness, aches and pains, and digestive disorders start to creep in. We must consciously be aware that we need to take time out and believe we are worth looking after and that we can change our thoughts and actions if we try.
Just giving yourself half an hour a day to do something for yourself, something that will make you happy; meditate, sing, walk, do yoga, volunteer, garden, read, talk to a good friend over a cuppa, play with your pets, or hold someone close.
The more we can become aware of our health and our well-being and believe we can change the way we feel by taking some time for ourselves, the happier we will become.
To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear
